Charminster Community Hall is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Charminster just one mile north of the county town of Dorchester.
The hall was built in 2019 and boasts a main hall, a large meeting room, a small meeting room, fully fitted and equipped kitchen.

Main Hall:
Parties, conferences, exhibitions, christenings, clubs, celebrations
£30 per hour which includes use of the kitchen
Discounts available for residents, charities, CIC
Exercise Classes – £20 per hour
Badminton – £2.50 per person per hour
Mobile audio and visual equipment (including microphones) available to hire at £5 per unit per booking
Large Meeting Room
£15 per hour for meetings, groups which includes use of the kitchen.
£10 per hour for exercise class – Pilates, yoga etc
Audio and visual equipment available to hire at £5 per booking
Small Meeting Room:
£10 per hour
Weddings:
£1500 for the whole venue for 48 hours (midday Friday to midday Sunday)
Residents of Charminster Parish receive a 50% discount (off hourly rate of hall hire NOT for badminton/pickleball)
Discounts available for charities, Community Interest Company (CIC), fundraisers/not for profit events
